- Definitia "Evaluation 2.0". Deci ce este: " a set of ideas for using different social software tools at all stages of the evaluation process in order to make it more open, more transparent and more accesible to a wider range of stakeholders".
- Diverse alte caracteristici:
- There are not many e-communities of practice on evaluation
- How has this changed the directions of the evaluation process?
- In the Web 2.0 era the evaluators are not proffesionals - are participants, "the every-day persons"
- We shifted away from experts to mass-recommendations
- We're evaluate in a multiple realities: take the same data and interpret in our owns different way
- Evaluation was for long time dominated by text ; now we're talking about multi-media data set (for eg. a podcast as an executive summary - ce-mi place ideea substituirii unui text cu o inregistrare pe care sa o asculti dimineata, in drum spre locul de munca, intr-un autobuz ticsit de oameni)
- We need new tools to 'open up' evaluation.
- Clasamentul (foarte interesant in special prin pozitia pe care o ocupa anumite instrumente) incepe cu website-urile, si in special blogurile prin platforma cea mai utilizata WordPress - it's fast ; you can give acces write. Pe locul II gasim Microblogging (prin Twitter) - for framing evaluation questions!!. Si apoi gasim Google Maps - absolut surprinzatoare modalitatea in care Jenny Hughes l-a folosit. Continua cu Wikis, Google Docs, Podcasting, SlideCast, TagCloud si Social networks / networking.
Cea de-a doua coloana insa m-a pus pe ganduri si imi pare rau ca cei doi nu au avut timp sa detalieze fiindca nu am gasit inca in literatura intrebuintari in evaluare a urmatoarelor instrumente web 2.0: Cartoons / Comics, Streamed radio, RSS Aggregator, SlideSharing, URL Shortening, Vidoe Sharing si PhotoSharing.
"Dinosaurs were highly succesful and lasted a long time. they never went away. they became smaller, faster, and more agile, and now we call them birds".
